Good Evening peeps…..
Mara Leisure Camp is located within one of the most spectacular locations in the entire Masai Mara Game Reserve. One of the most exciting spectacles in the world is that of the ‘Great Migration’, where two million wildebeest, zebras, and another Wildlife pass through the Masai Mara/Serengeti ecosystem in Kenya and Tanzania. This is a perilous migration for the animals, where they encounter many river crossings and have to run the gauntlet of crocodiles in waiting.
If you are traveling to Masai Mara with family children, Mara Leisure camp is the best place to stay. The Beautiful tented camp features free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. Each unit at Mara Leisure Camp features safari-style decor, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, and packed lunches are available when you go for the game drives which is one the best lunch you will have facing the famous mara river watching the hippos take bath.
The drive is a long and bumpy road from Nairobi to the Masai Mara, One of the best adventures drive you will ever have please do take some snacks and drinks with you while on the road.
It doesn’t really matter where you stay in the Masai Mara because you spend most of your time out on game drives.
We spent early morning sunrises and late evening sunsets out on the African Savanna searching for all the wild game we could find in the heart of Kenya.
We hopped into our safari van and spent hours keeping our eyes peeled for wildlife. It’s all out there, you just have to pay attention. These animals are made to blend in with their surroundings and if you blink, you may miss an amazing opportunity.
What i really loved about Mara Leisure Camp was the hospitality the vegetarian food. Most of the places you would have a lot of challenges but here the food was top class we loved everything about the camp.
As I always say pictures really doesn’t make the justice, You need to visit and see it by your self.
When you think of going on safari in Kenya, one of the first things that come to mind is the Great Migration. Words just can’t do justice to the majesty of this awe-inspiring spectacle. I hope you enjoy your Kenyan adventure as much as I always do
